01Do you offer SSL certificates?

Yes. Free Let's Encrypt certificates are included with every plan and provision with one click from the control panel. Custom and wildcard certificates are supported on Pro and Business tiers.

02Can I upgrade my plan later?

You can request an upgrade any time from the client area. We review and process all plan changes personally to ensure a smooth transition.

03Are backups included?

All plans include automatic backups with 30 days of retention. Need a restore? Contact our support and we will take care of it. We strongly recommend keeping your own local copies as well.

04What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and bank transfer. All payments run through our encrypted gateway; we never store raw card data on our servers.

05Where are your servers located?

Dedicated servers in the United States and Europe, serving clients in the US, Portugal and Brazil. Every server is managed directly by us: no shared cloud, no resold hosting.

06What exactly counts as a 'website'?

One primary domain plus any subdomains and parked domains pointing to the same site. Separate hostnames with separate document roots count as separate websites.

07What if I exceed a resource limit?

We email you first. There are no hidden overage charges — we'll help you either tune the site or move to a larger plan.

08Is there a money-back guarantee?

30 days, no questions asked, on all shared hosting plans. VPS is prorated on cancellation.
