RogerLe.com provides hosting services to individuals, small businesses, and professionals. This Acceptable Use Policy exists to ensure our infrastructure remains fast, secure, and legal for all clients. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.
02 · Prohibited content & activities
The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on RogerLe.com infrastructure:
- Illegal Content: Any content that violates local, state, federal, or international law.
- Pornographic Content: Adult or sexually explicit material of any kind.
- Gambling: Online gambling operations, betting platforms, or related services.
- Spam and Bulk Email: Sending unsolicited bulk email, operating mailing lists without verified opt-in, or any activity that results in our IP addresses being blacklisted.
- Phishing and Fraud: Sites designed to deceive users into providing personal information, impersonating other entities, or conducting fraudulent transactions.
- Malware and Hacking Tools: Distribution of malicious software, viruses, exploits, or tools designed to compromise the security of other systems.
- Copyright Infringement: Hosting pirated software, media, or any content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
- Hate Speech and Extremist Content: Content promoting violence, discrimination, or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.
- Illegal Pharmaceuticals and Drug Sales: Sale or promotion of controlled substances, illegal drugs, or prescription medications without proper authorization.
- Resource Abuse: Cryptocurrency mining operations, IRC botnets, DDoS tools, or any activity that places excessive load on our shared infrastructure.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is subject to zero tolerance and will be immediately reported to the appropriate authorities.
03 · Resource abuse
Shared hosting is shared. Sustained CPU, memory, or I/O saturation that degrades service for other clients will be throttled. We will contact you first and work together on a solution — whether that means optimizing your site or moving to a VPS with dedicated resources.
04 · Email & spam
All outbound email must be opt-in with working unsubscribe mechanisms. Bulk email operations must use dedicated transactional services, not shared SMTP. Repeated spam complaints will result in suspension of email services and may lead to account termination.
05 · Reporting abuse
To report abuse, contact us at abuse@rogerle.com. Please include URLs, timestamps, and any supporting evidence. We respond within one business day.
06 · Enforcement
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in a warning, suspension, or immediate termination of your account without refund, depending on the severity of the violation. Egregious violations — including CSAM, active attacks against other systems, or fraud — result in immediate termination without notice or refund.
For all other violations, we will attempt to contact you first and work toward a resolution before taking action against your account.
