These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the web hosting services provided by RogerLe.com (DBA), operating at rogerle.com. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
01 · Services
RogerLe.com provides shared web hosting services, VPS hosting, domain registration assistance, and related services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected clients.
02 · Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, ensuring all content hosted under your account complies with these Terms and applicable laws, and providing accurate and up-to-date account and billing information. You must notify us immediately at support@rogerle.com of any unauthorized access to your account.
03 · Acceptable use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited content and activities are detailed in our Acceptable Use Policy. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
04 · Payment & billing
All fees are due in advance of the service period. Failure to pay by the due date may result in service suspension. Accounts suspended for non-payment will be subject to a reactivation fee. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and only in cases where service failure is attributable to RogerLe.com.
05 · Uptime & availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosted services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to datacenter outages, DDoS attacks, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures — is excluded from uptime calculations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
06 · Backups
While we make reasonable efforts to maintain server-level backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of all data, files, and databases hosted on our servers. RogerLe.com is not liable for any data loss under any circumstances. We strongly recommend maintaining independent backups at all times.
07 · Suspension & termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, non-payment of fees, activity that threatens the security or integrity of our infrastructure or other clients, or legal requirements or court orders. Upon termination, all data associated with the account may be permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to retrieve your data before account closure.
08 · Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RogerLe.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
09 · Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all content you host on our servers. You grant RogerLe.com a limited license to store and serve your content solely for the purpose of providing the agreed hosting services. We claim no ownership over your content. All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on RogerLe.com are the property of RogerLe.com or their respective owners.
10 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
11 · Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
