In March 2026, we launched help.rogerle.com — a custom-built knowledge base with 108 articles across 12 categories, available in English, Portuguese, and Brazilian Portuguese. Every article is also searchable via an AI-powered assistant built on the Claude API.
The library
Twelve categories: account management, billing, domains, email, databases, file management, DNS, SSL, performance, security, migrations, and the miscellaneous collection of things that don't fit anywhere else but customers ask about anyway.
Thirty-six articles per language, each translated and adapted — not auto-translated. The Portuguese version reads like Portuguese. The Brazilian version reads like Brazilian Portuguese. The English version reads like it was written by someone who uses the product, because it was.
The search
Our search bar is not a search bar. It is an AI assistant that reads your question in plain language — in any of the three supported languages — looks up the relevant articles, and composes an answer. If the answer is inconclusive, it tells you, and suggests a support ticket.
Under the hood: Claude API for understanding and generation, our own articles as the grounding corpus, a strict prompt that refuses to answer anything outside the help center's scope. It doesn't hallucinate server configurations. We checked.
The admin side
Articles are written in Markdown in a custom admin panel. Publish, unpublish, version, diff. The whole knowledge base can be rebuilt from a git history. The whole knowledge base is, quietly, a git history.
Try it. help.rogerle.com — we hope most of your questions are answered before you ever need to open a ticket.
