These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the web hosting services provided by RogerLe.com (DBA), operating at rogerle.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

RogerLe.com provides shared web hosting services, domain registration assistance, and related services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected clients.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring all content hosted under your account complies with these Terms and applicable laws.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date account and billing information.

You must notify us immediately at admin@rogerle.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. The following content and activities are strictly prohibited on our infrastructure:

• Illegal Content: Any content that violates local, state, federal, or international law.
• Pornographic Content: Adult or sexually explicit material of any kind.
• Gambling: Online gambling operations, betting platforms, or related services.
• Spam and Bulk Email: Sending unsolicited bulk email, operating mailing lists without verified opt-in, or any activity that results in our IP addresses being blacklisted.
• Phishing and Fraud: Sites designed to deceive users into providing personal information, impersonating other entities, or conducting fraudulent transactions.
• Malware and Hacking Tools: Distribution of malicious software, viruses, exploits, or tools designed to compromise the security of other systems.
• Copyright Infringement: Hosting pirated software, media, or any content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Hate Speech and Extremist Content: Content promoting violence, discrimination, or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic.
• Illegal Pharmaceuticals and Drug Sales: Sale or promotion of controlled substances, illegal drugs, or prescription medications without proper authorization.
• Resource Abuse: Cryptocurrency mining operations, IRC botnets, DDoS tools, or any activity that places excessive load on our shared infrastructure.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

4. Payment and Billing

All fees are due in advance of the service period. Failure to pay by the due date may result in service suspension. Accounts suspended for non-payment will be subject to a reactivation fee. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and only in cases where service failure is attributable to RogerLe.com.

5. Uptime and Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosted services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Downtime caused by circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to datacenter outages, DDoS attacks, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures — is excluded from uptime calculations.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

6. Backups

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain server-level backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of all data, files, and databases hosted on our servers. RogerLe.com is not liable for any data loss under any circumstances. We strongly recommend maintaining independent backups at all times.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Non-payment of fees.
• Activity that threatens the security or integrity of our infrastructure or other clients.
• Legal requirements or court orders.

Upon termination, all data associated with the account may be permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to retrieve your data before account closure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RogerLe.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you host on our servers. You grant RogerLe.com a limited license to store and serve your content solely for the purpose of providing the agreed hosting services. We claim no ownership over your content.

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on rogerle.com are the property of RogerLe.com (DBA) and may not be used without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
